Returns policy

Thanks for shopping at The Eclectic Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Online orders: exchange only

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must not be a perishable food item (including chocolates, pâtisserie and gift boxes containing perishable items).
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • It must not be a discounted or sale item.

To exchange an unused item, email us at info@theeclecticcollection.co.uk to book an exchange. Please enclose your original packing slip, or a note with your full name and order number, so that we can match the return with your order. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt from your courier and choosing a tracked service.

In store exchange

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you purchased it.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
